Ripcurl Web DesignTask:
Create an online experience for Surfing World Cup viewers. A custom site built using Ripcurls branding. We created an experience that included a wave graph and scoring system that was updated directly from live event with streaming video and text based update of a flash API that showed wave height and intervals.
Results:
Dramatic increase in viewer ship from previous years. AOL was thrilled with the results earning MMI contracts for their other action sports series.

Mota User Interface DesignTask:
Designing prototype business process diagrams, and functionality specs as well as wire frames, mock-ups prototypes and final comps. Lead front end team in implementing UI and optimize user experience including valid practices in front end development.
Results:
MMI Created the first online aggregate tool for pricing and selling your used car with information taken from all major used car sites. We also created the user interface for the complete site that included listings, user profiles, and contact for person to person sales. Mota Motors received 8 million in investment funding based upon our prototype.

Neopets Online Virtual Cash Shop.Task:
Create an online store that sells virtual items using credits purchased online and with cash cards sold in retail outlets.
Results:
The kids love it! The first week of sales exceeded all projections.

MMO Roll Playing Game Concept For Neopets.Task:
Concept project create user interface design for various game styles to be shown in usability studies.
Results:
We were able to define a direction for our next MMORP Gaming project.

Jennifer Curl Jewelry E-Commerce WebsiteTask:
Small business jewelry site with e-commerce, and a content managment system that could be updated by the client.
Results:
Usability was our main concern because most jewelry sites were fairly unmanagable. Jennifer had unique needs with her line regarding colors and metals. The client trippled sales the first year following the site launch.

Web Based Office ApplicationTask:
The design was outdated and the flow was difficult for clients to manage. I redesigned the CMS system using css and we reflowed the application based upon usability study reports.
Results:
Users were pleased with the results and found the new Medical managment and billing system to be easier to use. The design was more modern and color coded for usability. The Product became easier to sell to new clients and sales increased.
